Listing of Conversion Shares. The Company shall have secured the listing or designation for quotation (as applicable) of all of the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Stock (the “Conversion Shares”), upon the Trading Market.

Listing of Conversion Shares. At the Closing Date, the Company shall have submitted a supplemental listing notice to NYSE with respect to the Conversion Shares.
