The Trading Market definition

The Trading Market means, initially, OTC Markets (including OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets), or any of the following other markets that becomes the primary trading market for the Shares: The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the NYSE American (or any nationally recognized successor to any of the foregoing).
The Trading Market means, initially, OTC Markets (including OTCQX, OTCQB and Pink Markets), or any of the following other markets that becomes the primary trading market for the Common Stock: The Nasdaq Capital Market, The Nasdaq Global Market, The Nasdaq Global Select Market, the New York Stock Exchange or the NYSE American (or any nationally recognized successor to any of the foregoing). ARTICLE II Grant of RSUs 2.1 On January 14, 2022 (the “Grant Date”), the Company granted to Consultant this Award in the form of 7,500,000 RSUs. Each RSU shall have a value equal to one share of the Company’s Common Stock. 2.2 The RSUs shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Award. 2.3 Except as provided in this Award, the RSUs shall remain unvested, nontransferable and are subject to a substantial risk of forfeiture. In addition, the RSUs shall not be vested, and Consultant’s interest in the RSUs granted hereunder shall be forfeited, except to the extent that the provisions of this Award are satisfied. Related to The Trading Market

  • Trading Market means any of the following markets or exchanges on which the Common Stock is listed or quoted for trading on the date in question: the NYSE American, the Nasdaq Capital Market, the Nasdaq Global Market, the Nasdaq Global Select Market or the New York Stock Exchange (or any successors to any of the foregoing).

  • Principal Trading Market means the Trading Market on which the Common Stock is primarily listed on and quoted for trading, which, as of the date of this Agreement and the Closing Date, shall be the Nasdaq Capital Market.

  • JOBURG MARKET means Johannesburg Fresh Produce Market (SOC) Limited (trading as Joburg Market), a corporatized municipal entity incorporated in terms of the laws of the RSA under registration number 2000/023383/07 and with VAT registration number 4840195038, with its domicilium citandi et executandi situated at The Office of the CEO, 3rd Floor, Main Building, Joburg Market, 4 Fortune Road (off Heidelberg Road), City Deep, 2049, Johannesburg.

  • Underlying Market means the relevant market where the Underlying Asset of a CFD is traded.

  • Principal Market means the Nasdaq National Market, the Nasdaq SmallCap Market, the American Stock Exchange, the OTC Bulletin Board or the New York Stock Exchange, whichever is at the time the principal trading exchange or market for the Common Stock.

  • Listing Market means the national securities exchange on which any securities of the Company are listed for trading, and if not listed for trading, by the rules of the Nasdaq Stock Market.

  • Emerging Market means each market so identified on Appendix A attached hereto.

  • Flea market means a market place, other than a dealer's location licensed under this chapter, where a space or location is provided for a fee or compensation to a seller to exhibit and offer for sale or trade, motor vehicles to the general public.

  • Signing Market Price means $0.4108, representing the consolidated closing bid price of the Common Stock on The Nasdaq Capital Market on the date of this Agreement.

  • Trading means and includes subscribing, buying, selling, dealing, or agreeing to subscribe, buy, sell, deal in any securities, and "trade" shall be construed accordingly.

  • Subsequent Market means the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange, Nasdaq SmallCap Market or Nasdaq National Market.

  • NYSE means the New York Stock Exchange.

  • NASDAQ means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • NYSE MKT means the NYSE MKT LLC.

  • Stock Market means a market, or other place at which, or a facility by means of which—

  • Nasdaq National Market means the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation National Market or any successor national securities exchange or automated over-the-counter trading market in the United States.

  • Street Trading means the selling or exposing or the offering for sale of any article (including a living thing) or the supplying or offering to supply any service in a street for gain or reward.

  • OTCBB means the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board.

  • Generating Market Buyer means an Internal Market Buyer that is a Load Serving Entity that owns or has contractual rights to the output of generation resources capable of serving the Market Buyer’s load in the PJM Region, or of selling energy or related services in the PJM Interchange Energy Market or elsewhere. Generation Capacity Resource:

  • Main Market means the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange plc;

  • Relevant Market means either the Upper Peninsula or the Lower Peninsula of this state.

  • Nasdaq Stock Market means The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc.

  • Closing Market Price means the price at which the company’s security was last sold, on the applicable date,

  • OTC Market means any over-the-counter market or over-the-telephone market in any country in any part of the world, and in relation to any particular Authorised Investment shall be deemed to include any responsible firm, corporation or association in any country in any part of the world dealing in the Authorised Investment which the Manager may from time to time elect.

  • Regulated Market means any regulated market (as defined in Directive 2004/39/EC on markets in financial instruments).

  • Last Trading Day means, for a particular Contract, the last date on which that Contract may be traded on the Market.
