CLIENT shall provide evidence of General Liability insurance or Tenants Liability Insurance (TULIP at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ ) of an amount of not less than $1 million per occurrence. If the use of facilities includes physical activities, such as sports camps, the General Liability limit shall be $2 million per occurrence with no athletics activities exclusion.
