Theft. We will pay up to 5% of the limit of liability that applies to the dwelling for all trees, shrubs, plants or lawns. No more than $500 of this limit will be paid for any one tree, shrub or plant. We do not cover property grown for "business" purposes. This coverage is additional insurance.
Theft a. This peril includes attempted theft and loss of property from a known place when it is likely that the property has been stolen.
Theft. 14.5.2 This section shall not be construed to prevent layoffs for the lack of work or the lack of funds.
Theft. (c) Fighting, bringing any firearm, knife or other weapon (which is not a necessary tool for the job) to work or improperly threatening or harassing any employee or customer.
Theft. 3.8 Corrective discipline of employees shall be defined as any oral warning, written reprimand, suspension, or discharge.
Theft. For Loss resulting directly from Theft of property related to the Subscriber’s information, checkbook, savings record, ATM access or securities from the Subscriber, during the term of the Program.
Theft. Neither the BBCC, nor its servants shall be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the hirer or any person, firm or corporation entrusting to or supplying any article or thing to the hirer by reason of any such article or thing being lost, damaged or stolen. The hirer hereby indemnifies the BBCC against any claim by any such person, firm or corporation in respect of such article or thing.
Theft. In the event of theft, upon presentation of a filed police report, the parent is responsible for the first $100 of the replacement cost. Williamsburg County School District will cover the remaining balance of the replacement cost, for a single occurrence.
Theft. 18.3.3 No personnel action shall be taken for any cause which arose before the employee became permanent, nor for any cause which arose more than two years before the date of the filing of the notice of cause unless this cause was concealed or not disclosed by the employee when it could be reasonably assumed that the employee would have disclosed the facts to the district.
Theft f. Willfully defacing, destroying or injuring in any way, any property, real or personal belongings of the school or persons associated with the school.
