Seller hereby represents and warrants that, except as set forth in Exhibit "F" attached hereto and made a part hereof, Seller has no knowledge that any of the following statements is untrue (and, for this purpose, Seller's knowledge shall mean only the present actual knowledge of Axxxxx Xxxxxxx without any duty to investigate (other than to make inquiry of Bxx Xxxxxxxxx of Seller's third party property management company) and with any imputed or constructive knowledge being excluded):
