Common use of Limitation of Users Clause in Contracts

Limitation of Users. Access by ALPS personnel to the ALPS IVR server is restricted within ALPS to a limited number of users based on ALPS system administration requirements, as determined by appropriate ALPS systems managers from time to time. Other than as amended hereby, all terms and conditions of the Agreement, including defined terms, are unchanged and remain in full force and effect.
