Monopolies and Exclusive Service Suppliers 1. Each Party shall ensure that any monopoly supplier of a service in its territory does not, in the supply of the monopoly service in the relevant market, act in a manner inconsistent with that Party's obligations under specific commitments in its Schedule in Annex III (Schedule of Specific Commitments on Trade in Services).
Dissemination of Research Findings and Acknowledgement of Controlled-Access Datasets Subject to the NIH GDS Policy It is NIH’s intent to promote the dissemination of research findings from use of controlled-access dataset(s) subject to the NIH GDS Policy as widely as possible through scientific publication or other appropriate public dissemination mechanisms. Approved Users are strongly encouraged to publish their results in peer-reviewed journals and to present research findings at scientific meetings.
Background and Instructions History of Agreement- This agreement has been drafted by the Texas Student Privacy Alliance (TXSPA). The Alliance is a collaborative group of Texas school districts that share common concerns around student and data privacy. The Texas K-12 CTO Council is the organization that sponsors the TXSPAand the TXSPA is the Texas affiliate of the national Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). The SDPC works with other state alliances by helping establish common data privacy agreements unique to the jurisdiction of each state. This Texas agreement was drafted specifically for K-12 education institutions and included broad stakeholder input from Texas school districts, statewide associations such as TASB, TASA, and TASBO, and the Texas Education Agency. The purpose of this agreement is to set standards of both practice and expectations around data privacy such that all parties involved have a common understanding of expectations. This agreement also provides a mechanism (Exhibit E- General Offer of Terms) that would allow an Operator to extend the ability of other Texas school districts to be covered under the terms of the agreement should an Operator sign Exhibit E. This mechanism is intended to create efficiencies for both Operators and LEAs and generally enhance privacy practices and expectations for K-12 institutions and for companies providing services to K-12 institutions.
Authorized User’s Statement of Work A competitive Mini-Bid is required for every transaction under this Centralized Contract. An Authorized User must prepare a detailed Statement of Work using Appendix F, Attachment 1, Mini-Bid Template. The Authorized User must distribute the Mini-Bid to all qualified Vendors per Lot(s) (unless a Vendor has removed itself from consideration via the Appendix F, Attachment 5, Mini-Bid Participation Interest Template). Contact information, organized by Lot, will be available on the OGS website for this Contract. An Authorized User shall conduct its Mini-Bid in accordance with the requirements set forth in Appendix F, Attachment 2, How to Use this Contract. The following terms and conditions shall apply to each Mini-Bid issued by an Authorized User: An Authorized User may require the execution of unique forms, such as Confidentiality Non- Disclosure agreements; and An Authorized User is required to make tentative award and non-award notifications to each Contractor who submitted a response to the Mini-Bid. AUTHORIZED ENTRY BY UCF PERSONNEL Authorized UCF personnel, as specified and defined in UCF DHRL publications, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including, but not limited to rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) in the event of an emergency. Authorized UCF personnel, may enter any UCF DHRL facility (including rooms, suites, apartments, and shared common areas) to conduct occupancy checks; lockouts; inspections for health, safety, maintenance, and compliance; maintenance; and/or fire code enforcement. Authorized UCF personnel may also enter any room/suite/apartment/common area if the personnel reasonably believe a violation of this agreement is occurring and there is no response when personnel request entry. Personal property in UCF DHRL facilities may not be searched without consent of the Student, except and unless the search is conducted in accordance with existing Florida law by law enforcement officers.
Customer Instructions The documentation shipped with the returned defective Boeing Product may include specific technical instructions for additional work to be performed on the Boeing Product. The absence of such instructions will evidence Customer's authorization for Boeing to perform all necessary Corrections and work required to return the Boeing Product to a serviceable condition.

Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.
