Licensed Instructional Personnel. Licensed instructional personnel will be evaluated in accordance with the proce- dures set forth for "Professional Staff' in the District's Performance Evaluation Plan as approved by the State Department of Education regulations. Any modifications to such Plan shall be in conformance with the State Department of Education regulations.
