License Under Licensed Patents. UFRF hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive license, limited to the Licensed Field and the Licensed Territory, under the Licensed Patents to make, use and sell Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes. UFRF reserves to itself and the University of Florida the right to make and use licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes solely for their internal research, clinical, and educational purposes. In addition, UFRF reserves to itself, as well as to the University of Florida and to all non-profit research institutions, the right to use materials that might be covered under Licensed Patents solely for their internal research, educational, and clinical purposes and to meet all applicable governmental requirements governing the ability to transfer materials.
License Under Licensed Patents. UFRF reserves to itself and the University of Florida the *** Confidential Treatment Requested right to make and use Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes solely for their internal research, clinical, and educational purposes. In addition, UFRF reserves to itself, as well as to the University of Florida and to all non-profit research institutions (which other non-profit research institutions shall have no right to grant further sublicenses), the right to use materials that might be covered under Licensed Patents solely for their internal research, educational, and clinical purposes and to meet all applicable governmental requirements governing the ability to transfer materials.

FSURF hereby grants to Licensee an exclusive license, limited to the Licensed Field and the Licensed Territory, under the Licensed Patents to make, use and sell Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes. FSURF reserves to itself, Florida State University, HHS, and JHU the right to make and use the Licensed Patents, Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes solely for their internal research, clinical (including, but not limited to patient care), and educational purposes. In addition, FSURF reserves to itself, as well as to Florida State University, HHS, JHU and to all non-profit research institutions, the right to use materials that might be covered under Licensed Patents solely for their internal research, educational, and clinical purposes and to meet all applicable governmental requirements governing the ability to transfer materials. This license grant is subject to the government license rights in Section 17 herein.

In addition, Licensor reserves to itself, as well as to all non-profit research institutions with which it collaborates, the right to use materials that might be covered under Licensed Patents solely for their internal research, educational, and clinical purposes and to meet all applicable governmental and peer review journal requirements governing the transfer of materials.
License Under Licensed Patents. 2.1.1 UFRF hereby grants to Licensee and its Affiliates an exclusive (even as to University), worldwide, fully transferable, sublicensable, irrevocable, non-terminable (except under the terms of Section 9) and cost-free (except for the Royalty and other remuneration provisions as provided for in Section 4 hereof) license, continuing uninterrupted for the life of the Licensed Patents in the Licensed Territory to make, have made, use, offer for sale, import and sell Licensed Products and/or Licensed Processes claimed in the Licensed Patents for the Licensed Field.
