Level 2 – Superintendent Of Schools. a. If the grievance is not resolved at Xxxxx 0, the aggrieved employee may appeal from the decision at Level 1 to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee within ten (10) days after the decision of the Principal has been delivered. The appeal shall be in writing, shall set forth specifically the reasons for the appeal, and shall be accompanied by a copy of the appeal and the decision at Level 1.
