Letter of Findings. 1. If during a monitoring session the County, the Comptroller, or the designee of either, discovers any defect in the Subrecipient’s performance under this Agreement (whether programmatic, financial, etc.), a “Letter of Findings” shall be provided to the Subrecipient.
