Letter of Agreement Re. Clause In applying the provisionsof Clause during a reduc- tion of working forces, an employee, who holds one of the specified Union positions, other than Department Xxxxxxx, who on the basis of his actual seniority and subject to Clause would be laidoff work under the provisions of Clause will be deemed to have pref- erential seniority to the extent that he will be placed, sub- ject to Clause on the availablejob held by another employee who has the least seniority in the Plant.
