LESSEE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. The Lessee acknowledges that the Lessee has read this Lease and fully understands its terms, that the Lessee has been fully advised or has had the opportunity of advice by separate legal counsel, and voluntarily executes this Lease. Lessee also acknowledges and agrees that the rule of interpretation under which a document is construed against the drafter will not apply to this Lease.
