Common use of LENGTH OF WORKING YEAR Clause in Contracts

LENGTH OF WORKING YEAR. All paraeducators shall work 186 days. One hundred eighty days (180) while students are in attendance, two (2) days prior to the beginning of school and four (4) days shall be paid holidays unless otherwise specified in the appropriate appendices. Network/Computer Lab Paraeducators may be granted up to seven (7) days of extended contract at the request of the school principal. Extended contract days are limited to those days that are recognized as teacher workdays.
