LEAVE OF ABSENCE WITH INSURANCE BENEFITS. 1. If allowed by the insurance carrier, a full-time teacher on leave of absence may choose to continue in this school corporation's group insurance program(s) provided the teacher remits the full, total premium to the school corporation's business office prior to the due date each month.
