Common use of Leadhand Clause in Contracts

Leadhand. When an employee is designated and is acting as Leadhand (leading and directing one or more other employees other than as prescribed in the employee’s job description), the employee shall be paid an additional 5% per hour above the basic rate of the highest paid employee being supervised by the Leadhand.

Leadhand.
