Layoff of Regular Employees. Layoff means an involuntary loss of employment. It affects regular employees as a result of: • decreased or insufficient enrollment; • elimination of or reduction of programs/courses/ activities; or • a shortage of funds. . Where such event(s) occur, the College Board may consider it necessary to reduce the number of regular employees through layoff, then the following procedures shall apply.
