LAW TO BE APPLIED. 50. This agreement shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the Family Law Act and the Family Law Regulations 1984 and the Family Law Rules 2004.
LAW TO BE APPLIED. All questions in respect of procedure to be followed in conducting the arbitration as well as the enforceability of this agreement to arbitrate which may be resolved by state law shall be resolved according to the law of the State of California. LAW TO BE APPLIED. The substantive law of the State of Pennsylvania shall be applied by the arbitrator to the resolution of the dispute.
