LAW TO BE APPLIED. All questions in respect of procedure to be followed in conducting the arbitration as well as the enforceability of this agreement to arbitrate which may be resolved by state law shall be resolved according to the law of the State of California. Any action brought to enforce the provisions of this Section shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Orange County.
