Late Bidders. A Lineholder during the post TTS period may bid for a sequence. A Late Bidder will be added to the bottom of the Unsuccessful Bidders List and her/his bid will be processed according to her/his position on the list for sequences that come available. If the Flight Attendant’s request to be considered a Late Bidder is received after the initial process of unsuccessful bidders at 0600 on the day immediately following the TTS closing, the Flight Attendant will be processed in seniority order amongst all unsuccessful bidders. The award of such transactions for late bidders will be subject to rules in Paragraph F.4.

Late Bidders. A Lineholder may call Crew Scheduling during the post ISAP period to bid for a pairing and request to be added to the Unsuccessful Bidders List for such pairing. A Late Bidder will be added to the bottom of the Unsuccessful Bidders List and her/his bid will be processed according to her/his position on the list for pairings that come available. If the Flight Attendant’s request to be considered a Late Bidder is received after the initial process of unsuccessful bidders at 0600 on the day immediately following the ISAP closing, the Flight Attendant will be processed in seniority order amongst all unsuccessful bidders.   • E-Bidders intending to authorize any person to execute the Memorandum/Contract of Sale upon successful bidding of the property shall do so by furnishing the following documents to the Auctioneer:

  • LATE BIDS 23.1 Any bid received by the Employer after the deadline for submission of bids prescribed in Clause 22 will be returned unopened to the bidder.

  • LATE BIDS For purposes of Bid openings held and conducted by OGS, a Bid must be received in such place as may be designated in the Bid Documents or if no place is specified in the OGS Mailroom located in the Empire Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxx 00000, at or before the date and time established in the Bid Specifications for the Bid opening. For purposes of Bid openings held and conducted by Authorized Users other than OGS, the term late Bid is defined as a Bid not received in the location established in the Bid Specifications at or before the date and time specified for the Bid opening. Any Bid received at the specified location after the time specified will be considered a late Bid. A late Bid shall not be considered for award unless: (i) no timely Bids meeting the requirements of the Bid Documents are received or, (ii) in the case of a multiple award, an insufficient number of timely Bids were received to satisfy the multiple award; and acceptance of the late Bid is in the best interests of the Authorized Users. Bids submitted for continuous or periodic recruitment contract awards must meet the submission requirements associated with their specifications. Delays in United States mail deliveries or any other means of transmittal, including couriers or agents of the Authorized User shall not excuse late Bid submissions. Similar types of delays, including but not limited to, bad weather, or security procedures for parking and building admittance shall not excuse late Bid submissions. Determinations relative to Bid timeliness shall be at the sole discretion of the Commissioner.

  • Note to Bidders This indemnity shall remain as uncapped. The Supplier is under a statutory obligation to account for VAT for payments made under the Contract and in the event that the Customer incurs liability as a result of the Supplier’s failure, it should be indemnified to the full extent of that liability. RECOVERY OF SUMS DUE Wherever under this Contract any sum of money is recoverable from or payable by the Supplier, the Customer may unilaterally deduct that sum from any sum then due, or which at any later time may become due to the Supplier under this Contract or under any other Call-Off agreement or other agreement between the Supplier and the Customer. Any overpayment by either Party, whether of the Contract Charges or of VAT or otherwise, shall be a sum of money recoverable by the Party who made the overpayment from the Party in receipt of the overpayment. The Supplier shall make any payments due to the Customer without any deduction whether by way of set-off, counterclaim, discount, abatement or otherwise unless the Supplier has a valid court order requiring an amount equal to such deduction to be paid by the Customer to the Supplier. All payments due under this Clause 15 due shall be made within thirty (30) days from the date that the Parties agree that the payment is due (unless agreed otherwise) and shall be made in cleared funds, to such bank or building society account as the recipient Party may from time to time direct.

  • THE BIDDING 6.1 Each new bid shall not be less than the immediately preceding bid.
