Common use of LANDLORD'S OTHER SERVICES Clause in Contracts

LANDLORD'S OTHER SERVICES. (a) Landlord shall furnish the Premises with: (1) electricity for lighting and the operation of low-wattage office machines (such as desktop micro-computers, desktop calculators, and typewriters) during Business Hours (as that term is defined below), although Landlord shall not be obligated to furnish more power to the Premises than is proportionally allocated to the Premises under the Building design; (2) heat and air conditioning reasonably required for the comfortable occupation of the Premises during Business Hours; (3) access and elevator service; (4) lighting replacement during Business Hours (for building standard lights, but not for any special Tenant lights, which will be replaced at Tenant's sole cost and expense); (5) restroom supplies; (6) window washing with reasonable frequency, as determined by Landlord; and (7) daily janitorial service on weekdays. Landlord may provide, but will not be obligated to provide, any such services (except access and elevator service) at times other than Business Hours.

(a) Landlord shall will furnish the Premises with: with services, including without limitation (1) electricity for lighting and the operation of low-wattage office machines (such as desktop micro-computers, desktop calculators, and typewriters) during Business Hours (as that term is defined below)Hours, and to 7:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, although Landlord shall will not be obligated to furnish more power to the Premises than is proportionally allocated to the Premises under the Building design; (2) heat and air conditioning reasonably required for the comfortable occupation of the Premises during Business Hours; (3) access and elevator service; (4) lighting replacement during Business Hours (for building standard lights, but not for any special Tenant lights, which will be replaced at Tenant's sole cost and expense); (5) restroom supplies; (6) window washing with reasonable frequency, as determined by Landlord; and (7) daily janitorial cleaning service on weekdays. Landlord may provide, but will not be obligated to provide, any such services (except access and elevator service) at times other than Business Hourson holidays or weekends.

Landlord may provide, but will not be obligated to provide, any daily such services (except access heating/cooling and elevator service) at times other than Business Hoursutilities on holidays or weekends.

Landlord may provide, but will not be obligated to provide, any such services (except access and elevator service) at times other than Business Hourson holidays or weekends.
