Landlord’s Compliance. Subject to the remaining terms of this Lease, Landlord shall comply at Landlord's cost with all directives of Landlord's insurers or laws concerning the Project other than those that are Tenant's obligation under subsection (a). The costs of compliance under this subsection (b) will be included in Expenses to the extent allowed under ss.4.2.
