Hour Access. Tenant, its employees, agents, and invitees shall have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. During nonbusiness hours Landlord may restrict access by any reasonable means. Landlord shall not be liable for denying or permitting entry to any person unable to show the proper identification. Landlord may temporarily close the Building if required because of a life-threatening or Building threatening situation. Landlord shall use its best efforts to close the Building during nonbusiness hours only.
Hour Access. Tenant shall, subject to Landlord’s reasonable security requirements, Force Majeure, repairs and other de minimus interruptions, have access to the Premises twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.

If, however, the Building must be closed during business hours, then the Rent and Additional Rent shall xxxxx during any closing that lasts more than eight (8) consecutive business hours.
Hour Access. Lessee shall be entitled to 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access to the Premises, but this shall not be construed as authorization to make use of the Building services beyond the Building Hours without reimbursing Lessor for the cost thereof, and shall be subject to any governmental or municipal laws and regulations with respect to said 24-hour, seven (7) day a week access. Lessee shall obtain access by means of a key or other similar means to be provided by Lessor to afford access to the Building.
Hour Access. (a) Notwithstanding any other provision of this Lease or the Rules, the Lessor gives its consent to the Lessee and any person authorised by the Lessee entering and using the Premises at any time of the day or night 7 days per week for the purpose permitted by this Lease.

Hour Access. Where Tx Co requires to visit a Building which is not generally open to 24 hour access the BBC will use all reasonable endeavours to make local arrangements for Tx Co which will enable 24 hour access to be available in times of emergency, provided in such circumstances any reasonable additional staff attendance costs incurred by the BBC are met by Tx Co.
Hour Access. At no charge to Tenant, Tenant shall have access to , use and enjoyment of the Building, the Leased Premises, elevators, the parking facilities and all Building services and utilities, 24 hours, 7 day/week, 52 weeks/year.
