Common use of Land Berlin Clause in Contracts

Land Berlin. This Agreement shall also apply to Land Berlin, provided that the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has not made a contrary declaration to the Government of the Republic of Liberia within three months from the date of entry into force of this Agreement.

Land Berlin. This Agreement shall also apply to Land Berlin, provided that the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has not made a contrary declaration to the Government of the Republic of Liberia Zambia within three months from the date of entry into force of this Agreement.

Land Berlin. This Agreement shall also apply to Land Berlin, provided that the Government of the Federal Republic of Germany has not made a contrary declaration to the Government of the Republic of Liberia Kenya within three months from the date of entry into force of this Agreement.
