LACMTA Representative. For the I-405 Widening Project, the Chief Executive Officer of LACMTA shall designate a person, or the holder of a specified office or position, to act as ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s Representative. The LACMTA Representative will have the responsibility to manage and coordinate LACMTA interaction with the County and the District, and to cause the production of the necessary Design and Construction documents for County and/or District review and/or approval, issue Work Orders, and to undertake reviews and make approvals as required by this Agreement. LACMTA may change its designated LACMTA Representative by providing ten (10) days prior written notification to the County and the District.
