Labour Management Relations Committee. 24.1 The Employer and the Union agree to co-operate in the establishment and operation of a joint Labour - Management Relations Committee composed of an equal number of representatives of the Employer and its employees and governed by rules and regulations mutually drawn up and agreed upon. The object of this committee shall be: To provide and facilitate co-operation and participation of workers in bringing forward ways and means of improving economy, efficiency, promoting xxxxxx understanding and confidence between management and labour, and maintaining harmonious mutual relations between them. Matters involving wages, hours of labour, conditions of employment, grievances, and other collective bargaining subjects are not within the scope of the committee and will not be discussed by it.
