Common use of Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Supplies Clause in Contracts

Labor, Equipment, Materials, and Supplies. Provide, perform, and complete, in the manner described and specified in this Contract, all necessary work, labor, services, transportation, equipment, materials, apparatus, machinery, tools, fuels, gas, electric, water, waste disposal, information, data, and other means and items necessary to accomplish the Project at the Work Site, in accordance with the Final Design approved in accordance with the Scope of Services and the Special Project Requirements.
