L Curve definition

L Curve. The term “L Curve” means L Curve Sub Inc., a Maryland corporation.
L Curve shall have the meaning provided in the preamble to this Agreement.

Related to L Curve

  • Virtual currency means a digital representation of value used as a medium of exchange, unit of account, or store of value, which does not have legal tender status recognized by the United States. The term does not include:

  • Party A Currency Amount In respect of each Party A Calculation Period, an amount in Dollars equal to the principal amount outstanding of the Relevant Notes on the first day of such Calculation Period (after taking into account any redemption on such day).

  • Relevant Financial Centre Day means a day on which commercial banks and foreign exchange markets settle payments and are open for general business (including dealings in foreign exchange and foreign currency deposits) in the principal financial centre or centres for the currency in which payment falls to be made (or, in the case of payments which fall to be made in euro, a Euro Business Day or, where such currency is a National Currency Unit (as defined in Condition 9) and the Notes have been redenominated into euro pursuant to Condition 9, the former principal financial centre or centres) and in any other place set out in the Final Terms;

  • Original Currency has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.17.

  • Relevant Financial Centre means, with respect to any Floating Rate to be determined in accordance with a Screen Rate Determination on an Interest Determination Date, the financial centre as may be specified as such in the relevant Final Terms or, if none is so specified, the financial centre with which the relevant Benchmark is most closely connected (which, in the case of EURIBOR or EONIA, shall be the Euro-zone and in the case of LIBOR, shall be London) or, if none is so connected, Paris.

  • Termination Currency means United States Dollars.

  • National Currency means the currency, other than the Euro, of a Participating Member State.

  • Contractual Currency has the meaning given in Clause 21.5;

  • Optional Currency means a currency (other than the Base Currency) which complies with the conditions set out in Clause 4.3 (Conditions relating to Optional Currencies).

  • Base Currency Amount means, in relation to a Loan, the amount specified in the Utilisation Request delivered by a Borrower for that Loan (or, if the amount requested is not denominated in the Base Currency, that amount converted into the Base Currency at the Agent’s Spot Rate of Exchange on the date which is three Business Days before the Utilisation Date or, if later, on the date the Agent receives the Utilisation Request) adjusted to reflect any repayment or prepayment of the Loan.

  • Dual Currency Note means a Dual Currency Interest Note and/or a Dual Currency Redemption Note, as applicable;

  • Obligation Currency shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 11.18(a).

  • Principal Financial Centre means, in relation to any currency, the principal financial centre for that currency provided, however, that:

  • Japan Local Currency Advance means any Advance, denominated in Japanese Yen, made to CFKK pursuant to Sections 2.03C and 2.03D of the Credit Agreement and this Addendum. A Japan Local Currency Advance shall bear interest at the rate specified in Schedule II.

  • Adjusted London Interbank Offered Rate applicable to any Interest Period means a rate per annum equal to the quotient obtained (rounded upward, if necessary, to the next higher 1/100 of 1%) by dividing (i) the applicable London Interbank Offered Rate by (ii) 1.00 minus the Euro-Dollar Reserve Percentage.

  • Local Currency Advance means any Advance, denominated in Pounds Sterling, Euro, or any other Agreed Currency which CIF requests the Local Currency Banks to include as a Local Currency and which is reasonably acceptable to the Local Currency Banks, made to CIF pursuant to Sections 2.03A and 2.03B of the Credit Agreement and this Addendum. A Local Currency Advance shall bear interest at the rate specified in Schedule II.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loan means a Loan that bears interest at a rate based on the definition of “Alternative Currency Daily Rate.” All Alternative Currency Daily Rate Loans must be denominated in an Alternative Currency.

  • Financial Centre means such financial centre or centres as may be specified in relation to the relevant currency for the purposes of the definition of “Business Day” in the ISDA Definitions or indicated in the Final Terms or, in the case of Covered Bonds denominated in euro, such financial centre or centres as the Calculation Agent may select.

  • Balance Currency means the currency under which the trading account has the reference on and with which the Client buys or sells the subject matter instruments. It is noted that the all charges including Spreads, Commissions, Charges and Swaps are calculated in the Balance Currency.

  • Banking Day Financial Centre means the Banking Day Financial Centre as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Underlying Currency means the Underlying Currency as specified in § 2 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Commercial customer means a customer who is acting within their trade or profession in respect of the insurance cover requested or arranged.

  • Alternative Currency Daily Rate means, for any day, with respect to any Credit Extension:

  • Denomination Currency has the meaning specified in Section 14(b).

  • Principal Financial Center means, in the case of any Currency, the principal financial center where such Currency is cleared and settled, as determined by the Administrative Agent.

  • Fiat Currency means a currency issued by a country's government or central bank.
