  • Knowledge and Experience The Investor has such knowledge and experience in financial, tax and business matters, including substantial experience in evaluating and investing in common stock and other securities (including the common stock and other securities of speculative companies), so as to enable the Investor to utilize the information referred to in Section 4.7 hereof and any other information made available by the Issuer to the Investor in order to evaluate the merits and risks of an investment in the Shares and to make an informed investment decision with respect thereto.

  • Experience of the Purchaser The Purchaser, either alone or together with its representatives, has such knowledge, sophistication and experience in business and financial matters so as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment in the Securities, and has so evaluated the merits and risks of such investment. The Purchaser is able to bear the economic risk of an investment in the Securities and, at the present time, is able to afford a complete loss of such investment.

  • Experience of Purchaser Purchaser, either alone or together with its representatives, has such knowledge, sophistication and experience in business and financial matters so as to be capable of evaluating the merits and risks of the prospective investment in the Securities, and has so evaluated the merits and risks of such investment. Purchaser is able to bear the economic risk of an investment in the Securities and, at the present time, is able to afford a complete loss of such investment.

  • Knowledge Whenever a representation or warranty or other statement in this Agreement (including, without limitation, Schedule I hereto) is made with respect to a Person's "knowledge," such statement refers to such Person's employees or agents who were or are responsible for or involved with the indicated matter and have actual knowledge of the matter in question.

  • Duty to Make Inquiry To the extent that any of the representations or warranties in this Article II are qualified by “knowledge” or “belief,” the Company represents and warrants that it has made due and reasonable inquiry and investigation concerning the matters to which such representations and warranties relate, including, but not limited to, diligent inquiry of its directors, officers and key personnel.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Education and Experience ▪ Secondary School Honour Graduation, plus a minimum of nine years' pertinent experience, or the equivalent in experience, additional education and/or training; OR ▪ Graduation from a recognized institute of advanced technology, or equivalent formal education, and a minimum of five years' pertinent technological experience.

  • Experience A minimum of 1 year of IT work experience in computer systems or support with demonstrated working knowledge of basic hardware and software products and problem solving/troubleshooting skills.

  • Qualifications and experience (List the required education, work experience, expertise and competencies of the individual contractor. The listed education and experience should correspond with the level at which the contract is offered.)
