Jury Days. Teachers required for jury qualification or service shall receive their pay from the Board for such time lost as a result of such appearance of service, less any compensation received for such jury service up to a period of sixty (60) days. Teachers subpoenaed by the Board to appear in court for matters relating to school or professional responsibilities shall receive their pay from the Board for such time lost, less any compensation received.
