JUNIOR AVAILABLE (JA) DEFINITION. Junior Available (or Junior Assignment) (JA) -- When a Flight Attendant is required to work on her/his //scheduled day off, or when Crew Scheduling assigns a Flight Attendant any additional flying after a completed scheduled sequence. Such additional flights or sequences must be legally scheduled. A Flight Attendant may be required to remain on duty after being JA'd at the completion of a sequence up to twelve hours and thirty minutes (12:30) for that duty period [See Arbitration number 48-98 (Xxxxxxxx 2/23/99)].

  • DPA Definitions The definition of terms used in this DPA is found in Exhibit “C”. In the event of a conflict, definitions used in this DPA shall prevail over terms used in any other writing, including, but not limited to the Service Agreement, Terms of Service, Privacy Policies etc.

  • Employee Definitions For the purpose of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

  • Employee Definition The term “employee" when used in this Agreement will refer to all employees in the unit for bargaining as defined in Section 1.
