Jointly Administered Programs. 1. Promoting Enhanced Working Relationships in Schools and Networks The Federation and the School District agree that they have a shared respon­ sibility to build the capacity for Federation and School District representatives at the school and Network levels to make informed, educationally appropriate decisions. They commit to implement a program of jointly administered, School District­wide professional development for administrators and members of the Federation bargaining units to develop their capacities to participate in school­ based decision­making. Such professional development shall include training in problem solving, dispute resolution and mediation procedures.
