Common use of Joint Standing Committee Clause in Contracts

Joint Standing Committee. a. To further enhance the spirit of Section 1 of the collective agreement, the Company and the Union agree to a joint Standing Committee meeting to be held on the third Tuesday of every month. In the event that the parties are unable to meet on the third Tuesday the meeting shall be rescheduled to a mutually agreed time, within two weeks of the original meeting. Should there be no issues to be discussed the meeting may be cancelled by mutual agreement.
