Recommendations of the Committee. Except as otherwise provided in this agreement, if the Joint Standing Committee is unable to reach agreement on any issue referred to it under Clause 7.6(b) of this agreement, the issue under dispute shall be submitted to the bargaining Principals who shall meet within 30 days to attempt to resolve the dispute.
Recommendations of the Committee. A. When a topic is discussed by the Campus Committee, the procedure for arriving at a decision shall be through a consensus of the membership.

Recommendations of the Committee. The Committee is only empowered to make recommendations to the parties. For greater certainty, the Committee cannot bind the parties. Such recommendations of the Committee require the consensus of all the members of the Committee.
Recommendations of the Committee. The Educational Leave Committee will consider all applications submitted by the October 15 date. The Educational Leave Committee will interview all applicants whose submissions meet the Educational Leave criteria (as per articles 16.3.1 and 16.3.2). Where applications are of equal merit, faculty members who have not previously had leave will be given preference. By January 15 the Committee will forward their ranked recommendations, together with their rationale for the same, to the College President. The Committee’s report will state which applications it believes should be granted. A copy of the report of the Educational Leave Committee will be provided to the DCFA. Unsuccessful candidates will be provided the opportunity to meet with the Chair of the Educational Leave Committee to receive feedback on their applications.
Recommendations of the Committee. Recommendations of the committee will be reached by consensus, and will be made to the appropriate management personnel. Within a reasonable time frame, the committee will be informed of the steps toward implementation or completion of the recommendation, or obstacles and impediments to following through with the recommendation.
Recommendations of the Committee. The Committee shall have the power to make recommendations to the Union and the Board with respect to its discussions and conclusions. A rejection by either party will refer the matter back to the Committee for further discussions and recommendations. Recommendations become binding when the Board and the Union respectively pass a recommendation accepting the recommendations of the Committee. Recommendations may be re-opened for discussion by placing the item on the agenda. Any member of the Committee may have an item placed on the agenda by contacting the scheduled Secretary in due time before the establishment of the agenda.
Recommendations of the Committee. The Committee shall forward any recommendations to the appropriate management representative. Management will provide a written response to committee recommendations within thirty (30) calendar days after receipt of the written recommendations. This response shall include a timetable for implementing the recommendation and the reasons for disagreement with any recommendations not accepted.
Recommendations of the Committee. The Trustee may consider but shall be under no obligation to comply with any recommendation made to it by the Committee about the way in which it should exercise any power authority or discretion conferred on it by this Deed or by law if the Trustee is not required by any provision of this Deed to obtain the written consent of the Committee before exercising it
