UNION COMMUNICATIONS AND VOTING. (a) The University will endeavour to provide free bulletin board facilities at each of its premises for the exclusive use of the Union. Such bulletin boards shall be used to post Union communications.
(b) The University agrees that the Union shall have the right to use the University’s electronic mail/bulletin board system(s) to communicate with the employees in the bargaining unit. Employees shall have the right to use the University’s electronic mail/bulletin board system(s) to communicate with the Union. Both the Union and the employees shall at all times adhere to the University’s policies regarding electronic mail/bulletin board system usage. Failure to do so will cause this provision to come to an end. The University shall provide the Union and each employee in the bargaining unit with a copy of said policies and any updates thereto.
(c) It is agreed that the Union shall have the right to place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the University for the purposes of conducting Union elections, referenda, polling or collective agreement votes.

(b) The Union shall have the right, upon reasonable notice and with the agreement of the Employer, to place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the Employer covered by this Agreement, for the purposes of conducting Union elections, polling or collective agreement votes.

Such bulletin boards shall be used to post Union communications.
(b) The Company agrees that the Union shall have the right to use the Company’s electronic mail system to communicate with Employees in the bargaining unit and vice-versa, that is, Employees shall have the right to use the Company’s electronic mail system to communicate with the Union. It is understood that all information contained in the Company computers belongs to the Company and can be accessed by the Company at any time.
(c) It is agreed that the Union shall have the right to place ballot boxes in the workplaces of the Company for the purposes of conducting Union elections, referenda, polling or collective agreement votes. Such ballot boxes will not be permanent; therefore, they must be removed after completion of each vote.
