The committee shall consist of four (4) teachers selected by the OCEA, one (1) School Board member, one (1) District administrator and one (1) building administrator each from elementary, middle and high school levels. When issues discussed may impact other bargaining units, a representative from the impacted units may be included in the discussion but shall have no voting rights. The chairperson will be selected by the committee. The committee will meet as needed but at least four times during the school year.
