JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. Within thirty (30) days of the Effective Date, Xxxxxxx and PPD shall assemble a JAC. Initially, the JAC will be composed of at least two, but no more than four, representatives of each Party, with an equal number appointed by each of Xxxxxxx and PPD. Each Party shall provide a list of its representatives to the other Party within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date. Each Party will promptly notify the other Party in writing of any change in its appointed representatives. The chairperson of the JAC will be one of PPD’s representatives selected by PPD.
