Common use of JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE Clause in Contracts

JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one (1) employee representative from each location and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 5.01 39.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of one two (12) employee representative from each location representatives and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement consisting of three (3) employee representatives from residences and one (1) employee representative from each location the Supported Independent Living program and up to an equal number of employer representatives who shall meet at least once every six (6) months to discuss working conditions, economy of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.

JOINT ADVISORY COMMITTEE. 5.01 A Joint Advisory Committee shall operate during the term of this agreement Agreement consisting presently of one five (15) employee representative representatives, one from each location program and up to an equal number of employer Employer representatives. Should the number of programs change the number of representatives who from each side will reflect those changes. The Committee shall meet at least once every six three (63) months months, or sooner if requested by either party, to discuss working conditions, economy quality of operation, quality and quantity of service, safety and health, workplace stress, violence and abuse prevention, service and other matters to promote an ongoing harmonious relationship between the Employer and its employees. The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-full- time Union Representative Representative(s) may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked worked. Meetings shall normally be scheduled for one (1) hour but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time workedif circumstances dictate may last longer.

The Joint Advisory Committee shall meet at the request of either party. The full-time Union Representative may attend said meetings. All time spent attending Joint Advisory Committee meetings by employees shall be considered time worked but time spent at “pre-meetings” will not be considered time worked.
