Job Shadowing. The Employer and the Union recognize that job shadowing is an effective training tool. The Employer shall therefore permit job shadowing with the understanding that: A. The Union shall provide prior notice including names of persons shadowing as well as those shadowed. B. That upon prior notification by the Union of a job shadowing event the Employer may withdraw or modify its permission.
