ELIGIBILITY PROCESS. Bargaining Unit Members who pass required testing and 34 meet minimum qualifications will be interviewed. Permanent Bargaining Unit Members 35 whose regular assignment is the same as a posted vacancy shall be deemed as meeting the 36 minimum qualifications. If a Bargaining Unit Member does not meet the required 1 experience for the posted position but is on the District substitute list and has subbed in the 2 posted position, or in a related position with similar experience, the Bargaining Unit 3 Member shall be deemed as meeting the required experience.
ELIGIBILITY PROCESS a) Employee must be a regular full-time (1.0 FTE) Employee, as per article 1.10; b) Employee must provide at least three (3) months written notice to their Manager and Human Resources prior to the proposed commencement of the retirement transition period; c) Employee must specify an irrevocable retirement date; d) Employee must specify their preference between the 0.8 and 0.6 FTE options; e) Employee must have a minimum of three (3) consecutive years of service; and f) Employee must be eligible to retire on the proposed date and meet any other restrictions imposed by the Local Authorities Pension Plan (▇▇▇▇).
ELIGIBILITY PROCESS. Eligibility under this program is subject to compliance with this Agreement and other documentation provided by Asana from time to time. Asana may in its sole discretion discontinue or modify this program and these terms in any way at any time without penalty or notice to Referrer. In order to be eligible for a Referral Fee under this Agreement, Referrer must: i. Ensure that the potential referral is not currently a paying Asana customer i. Eligible referrals include new to Asana users, free Asana users, or prior paid Asana users as long as they are not currently paying for Asana. ii. Submit the potential referral via the Asana Referral Submission Form. iii. Ensure that the potential referral registers for a paid Asana tier, either by registering directly for a paid annual plan or for a free trial of a paid tier. If that potential referral signs up for a paid annual plan within 40 days of the relevant referral submission, Referrer will receive compensation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

  • Program Eligibility The COUNTY shall provide eligibility determination for those persons applying for home repair under this Agreement by using the following factors: 1. The applicant is a resident of the CITY; and 2. The total income for all members of the applicant’s household does not exceed 80% of the median income of the Kansas City metropolitan area, as determined by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; and 3. The applicant is the homeowner and must have occupied the property as a primary residence for at least six (6) months; 4. The property to be repaired is within the corporate limits of the CITY; and 5. When required, medical need will be substantiated and documented.

  • Student Eligibility The LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION shall qualify and advise candidates for dual credit from the pool of eligible high school students. A candidate for dual credit is eligible for consideration for fall, spring, and summer semesters if he or she: a. is enrolled during the fall and spring in a LEA in one-half or more of the minimum course requirements approved by PED for public school students under its jurisdiction or by being in physical attendance at a bureau of Indian education-funded high school at least three documented contact hours per day pursuant to 25 CFR 39.211(c); b. obtains permission from the LEA representative (in consultation with the student’s individualized education program team, as needed), the student’s parent or guardian if the student is under 18 years old, and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representative prior to enrolling in a dual credit course; and c. meets POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION requirements to enroll as a dual credit student.

  • Eligibility Verification (a) HHSC will verify Medicaid eligibility for Dual Eligible Members by the fifth business day of the month following the receipt of the MA Dual SNP’s monthly enrollment file, in accordance with Section 3.02(b). (b) To verify Medicaid eligibility of an individual Member, HHSC agrees to provide the MA Dual SNP with real-time access to HHSC’s claims administrator’s Medicaid eligibility verification system.
