JOB POSTING, PROMOTION AND TRANSFER. 15.01 The Company will post all permanent job opening(s) for a period of seven (7) working days. An employee awarded a position must be available to fill the vacancy within fourteenfourteen (14) working days of being awarded the position. The Company will move the employee to his new position no later than thirty-five (35) working days unless business circumstances require a lengthy period. A copy of the job posting and awards will be given to the Xxxxxxx. Names of people awarded jobs through bidding to be posted and all Union Stewards will be provided a copy.
