Issuance of Class C Certificates. (a) The Class C Certificates will be issued in minimum denominations of $500,000 and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate may be issued in a different denomination. Each Class C Certificate shall be dated the date of its authentication.

The Exchange Certificates will be issued in denominations of $2,000 (or such other denomination that is the lowest integral multiple of $1,000 that is, at the time of issuance, equal to at least 1,000 euros) and integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof, except that one Certificate may be issued in a different denomination.   • Distributions on the Certificates (a) Interest and principal on the Certificates will be distributed monthly on each Distribution Date, commencing in January 2002, in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of the Available Funds for such Distribution Date.
