LIBOR Certificates definition

LIBOR Certificates. As specified in the Preliminary Statement.
LIBOR Certificates. The Class A, Class M and Class B Certificates.
LIBOR Certificates. The Class A1A, Class A1B, Class A1C, Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 and Class B-6 Certificates.

  • The Record Date applicable to each Distribution Date is (1) with respect to all Certificates other than the LIBOR Certificates held in Book-Entry Form, the last day of the calendar month preceding the month in which such Distribution Date occurs and (2) with respect to the LIBOR Certificates held in Book-Entry Form only, the close of business on the last Business Day of the calendar month immediately preceding the calendar month of such Distribution Date.

  • The establishment of LIBOR and each Pass-Through Rate for the LIBOR Certificates by the Trustee shall (in the absence of manifest error) be final, conclusive and binding upon each Holder of a Certificate and the Trustee.

  • Until all of the LIBOR Certificates are paid in full, the Trustee will at all times retain at least four Reference Banks for the purpose of determining LIBOR with respect to each LIBOR Determination Date.
