IRIDIUM. COMMUNICATIONS INC., SYNCOM-IRIDIUM HOLDINGS CORP., IRIDIUM HOLDINGS LLC, IRIDIUM CARRIER HOLDINGS LLC, IRIDIUM SATELLITE LLC, AND IRIDIUM CONSTELLATION LLC, collectively as pledgors (the Pledgors); and
IRIDIUM. Communications System (or simply "IRIDIUM"): The complete integrated satellite- based digitally-switched communication system. This term refers collectively to the Space Segment, System Control Segment, Gateways and Subscriber Unit Segment.
IRIDIUM. Iridium's mission is to build and operate a global wireless telephone network to allow people to communicate anywhere in the world. These services will be delivered through a network infrastructure incorporating a low earth orbiting satellite constellation. The Iridium communications system is expected to provide voice, digital data, facsimile and paging services to subscribers. The North American Gateway is a consortium consisting of Iridium Canada Inc., Motorola, and Sprint. Sprint is the US gateway linking Iridium and the US PSTN. Sprint's interest: 5%.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Motorola s sole obligation to Licensee and Licensee’s exclusive remedy under this warranty is to use reasonable efforts to remedy any material Software defect covered by this warranty. These efforts will involve either replacing the media or attempting to correct significant, demonstrable program or documentation errors or Security Vulnerabilities. If Motorola cannot correct the defect within a reasonable time, then at Motorola’s option, Motorola will replace the defective Software with functionally-equivalent Software, license to Licensee substitute Software which will accomplish the same objective, or terminate the license and refund the Licensee’s paid license fee.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring per-circuit local loop charges ranging from $152 to $1,504 and non-recurring charges ranging from $200 to $1,000 for DS-1 and DS-3 Access Service at 4 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by the Customer and the Company.
