INVOICES AND RECORDS. 9.4.1 Invoices for services must be submitted by the twenty-fifth of each month. Invoices, verified to the satisfaction of the Owner, will be paid by the twenty-fifth of the following month. The Design-Builder will submit with each invoice two originals and two copies of a detailed accounting of the value of Work performed to date by certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE). This accounting will include the names and addresses of DBEs that have participated, a description of the work each named DBE has performed and the value of work performed by each named DBE. Whenever compensation is paid to the Design-Builder on a reimbursable basis, records as to the direct expense must be kept on a generally accepted accounting basis and must be submitted with each invoice to the Owner. In addition, the Design-Builder will submit with each invoice a detailed accounting of the value of Work performed to date by their design professionals and subcontractors.
