Zone 1. The Employer recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive Collective Bargaining Agent for all employees in Zone 1 (except Grocery Clerks at Check-Stands) employed in the preparation for sale, handling and selling of fresh, frozen, cooked and smoked: meats, fish and poultry, in the present and future Safeway store(s) owned and/or operated by the Employer in the Province of British Columbia with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and all other conditions of employment set out in this Agreement. The present stores are listed in Appendix B and future stores shall be added to the Appendix. Zone 1. An employee travelling to a jobsite and home from a jobsite in their own vehicle inside Zone 1 will receive no daily mileage. An employee required by the Employer to use their own vehicle to travel between jobsites within Zone 1 shall be paid a mileage allowance of fifty-six cents ($0.56) per kilometre.
