Investment Options/Subaccounts Sample Clauses

Investment Options/Subaccounts. The Funding Agent will maintain, with respect to each Participant, an individual Investment Subaccount for each separate investment fund in which a Participant participates. Participants will be permitted to direct the Contributions made on their behalf among the Investment Subaccounts established for this purpose. The Participants may choose a Fixed Income Investment Subaccount or one or more Variable Income Investment Subaccounts.

  • Investment Funds Unregistered general or limited partnerships or pooled investment vehicles and/or registered investment companies in which the Company (directly, or indirectly through the Master Fund) invests its assets that are advised by an Investment Manager.

  • Account Options (a) Broker/Dealer may appoint the Transfer Agent as Broker/Dealer’s agent to execute customers’ transactions in a Fund’s shares sold to Broker/Dealer by the Distributor in accordance with the terms and provisions of any account, program, plan, or service established or used by Broker/Dealer’s customers and to confirm each such transaction to Broker/Dealer’s customers on Broker/Dealer’s behalf, and at the time of the transaction, Broker/Dealer guarantees the legal capacity of its customers so transacting in such Fund shares and any co-owners of such Fund shares.

  • SUBACCOUNTS The Separate Account is divided into Subaccounts which invest in shares of mutual funds. Each Subaccount may invest its assets in a separate class or series of a designated mutual fund or funds. The Subaccounts are shown on page 3. Subject to the regulatory requirements then in force, SBL reserves the right to:

  • Deferral Account 3.1 Establishing and Crediting. The Company shall establish a Deferral Account on its books for the Director, and shall credit to the Deferral Account the following amounts:

  • Cash Accounts The Custodian will open and maintain in the name of the Client one or more cash deposit accounts (each a “Cash Account”) in such currencies as may be required in connection with the investment activity of the Client.

  • Payment Options The exercise price shall be paid by one or any combination of the following forms of payment that are applicable to this option, as indicated on the cover page hereof:

  • Deferred Compensation Account All Participant Deferral Credits and Employer Credits shall be credited to the Deferred Compensation Account of the Participant as provided in Section 8.

  • Retirement Accounts With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts (such as individual retirement accounts (“IRAs”), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, Education IRAs, and 403(b) Plans (such accounts, “Retirement Accounts”), the Transfer Agent, at the request and expense of the Fund, provide or arrange for the provision of various services to such plans and/or accounts, which services may include custodial agent services such as account set-up maintenance, and disbursements as well as such other services as the parties hereto shall mutually agree upon.

  • Cash Account Except as otherwise provided in Instructions acceptable to Bank, all cash held in the Cash Account shall be deposited during the period it is credited to the Account in one or more deposit accounts at Bank or at Bank's London Branch. Any cash so deposited with Bank's London Branch shall be payable exclusively by Bank's London Branch in the applicable currency, subject to compliance with any Applicable Law, including, without limitation, any restrictions on transactions in the applicable currency imposed by the country of the applicable currency.
