Cornerstone shall use its best efforts to register or qualify such shares under such other securities or "blue sky" laws of such jurisdictions as the LLC reasonably requests and do any and all other acts and things which may be reasonably necessary or advisable to enable the LLC to consummate the disposition in such jurisdictions of the Registered Shares (provided that Cornerstone shall not be required to (i) qualify generally to do business in any jurisdiction in which it would not otherwise be required to qualify but for this Section 6.9, (ii) subject itself to taxation in any such jurisdiction, or (iii) consent to general service of process in any such jurisdiction).
Generelt A. Apple Inc. University Any notice may be served upon the University by delivering it, in writing, to the University at the address set forth on the last page of this Agreement, by depositing it in a United States Postal Service deposit box with the postage fully prepaid and with the notice addressed to the University at the aforementioned address, or by sending a facsimile of it to the University facsimile number set forth on the last page of this Agreement.
Athletics Coaching stipend compensation shall be as indicated in Appendix A.
Healthcare Section 1. Bargaining unit employees with one (1) year or more of service will be provided coverage for the duration of this contract through the “Full Coverage” Team Care Plan (“Team Care MM200”), which includes dental, vision, life, short term disability, medical and prescription drug benefits. Prior to January 1, 2020, bargaining unit employees with less than one (1) year of service will be provided coverage through the “Medical Only” plan. On January 1, 2020, all bargaining unit employees enrolled in the Medical Only plan shall be enrolled in the Full Coverage plan, and the Medical Only plan will eliminated.
