Interschool assignment. The Superintendent or his/her designee will provide notification in writing to the teachers of any changes in their school assignment, program, schedules, assignment, grades, subjects or rooms for the following school year as soon as practicable, but, in any event, no later than the close of school annually. However, it is understood that where special conditions arise changes in interschool assignment may be made to fulfill the assignments of a particular situation. Such interschool assignments shall reflect the best interests of the school system.
