Interruptions in Service. 9 A. CONTRACTOR may be excused from providing services hereunder, or such portions thereof as 10 CONTRACTOR is incapable of performing, if it is prevented from providing or arranging for the 11 provision of services by reason of war, fire, insurrection, labor matters, riots, the elements, earthquakes, 12 other acts of God, or other grave cause.
